Times are changing within Social Care. People are being offered much more flexibility in the way they receive services. Direct Payments and Individualised Budgets (also call Personal Budgets) allow people to plan the care they want. There are two options when using a Personal Budget or Direct Payment to buy your service, you can employ your own staff (known as Personal Assistants) or talk to Supporting Solutions about how to get your care your way!
We are registered with The Quality Care Commission. Supporting Solutions would be able to support you if you are an older person, have a learning disability, require support to maintain your mental health or have a physical disability. We are committed to providing a service that suits you as an individual and best meets your needs, keeping in mind your independence, dignity and integrity.
